01Who we are
Time Control (the “App”, “we”, “us”) is an app for time tracking and habit tracking. The personal data controller is DARIA IKON STUDIO LLC, registered in Uzbekistan.
02What data we process
Everything you create in the app stays on your device. Only technical and anonymous information leaves it — none of these flows contain the content of your entries.
- 2.1 On your deviceTime entries, folders, tasks and subtasks, habits, streaks, goals, statistics and settings, including your chosen theme. We have no access to this data and do not transfer it to our servers.
- 2.2 Anonymous analyticsWhich screens are opened, which features are used, the fact that a timer was started. These events contain none of your entries and are not linked to your identity. Service: PostHog.
- 2.3 Crash reportsWhen the app crashes, we receive the device model, OS version, app version and the error stack trace — so we can fix bugs quickly. Service: Sentry.
- 2.4 Subscription dataPurchases and renewals of Time Control Pro are processed by the App Store and Google Play, as well as the subscription management service RevenueCat. We receive only the technical subscription status (active / inactive) and purchase identifiers. Payment card details never reach us.
- 2.5 System permissionsFor habit, timer and task reminders, the app may request permission for local notifications. They are generated and processed on the device, with no data sent outside it.
- 2.6 Support requestsIf you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message — so we can respond to your request.
03How we use data
We need technical and anonymous data to:
- ensure the app and its features work correctly;
- analyze app usage and improve it — anonymously;
- find and fix crashes and bugs;
- verify your subscription status;
- respond to your support requests;
- comply with applicable legal requirements.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or sale to third parties.

We do not sell personal data. To run certain features, we use trusted service providers — data processors:
- PostHog

- Apple / Google
- Payment processing and app distribution.
We may also disclose data where required by applicable law or in response to a lawful request from public authorities.
05Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process data on the following grounds (GDPR):
- Performance of a contractProviding access to the app and processing your subscription.
- Legitimate interestAnalyzing how the app works, fixing bugs and improving features — anonymously.
- Legal obligationCompliance with tax and accounting requirements.
06International data transfers
The app is available worldwide. Anonymous analytics, crash reports and subscription data may be transferred to and processed on our providers' servers outside your country of residence, including in EU countries and the US.
07Data retention periods
- On-device data
- Until you delete them manually or delete the app.
- Analytics data
- Up to 12 months.
- Crash reports
- Up to 90 days.
- Subscription data
- For the duration of the subscription and thereafter for the periods required by tax law.
- Support requests
- Up to 24 months after the request is closed.
08Security
We apply generally accepted technical and organizational safeguards: data transfer over secure protocols (TLS/HTTPS), access restrictions and working with providers that follow international security standards. On-device data is protected by the built-in mechanisms of your smartphone's operating system (iOS / Android).
09How to manage and delete your data
Because your data is stored on your device, you have full control over it:
- Delete your data completely: deleting the app from your device erases all local data associated with it.
- Managing your subscription: cancel or change your subscription in your Apple ID or Google account settings.

10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- request access to your data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- withdraw consent you have previously given.
To exercise your rights, email us at info@di-studio.io. We respond within 30 days (EEA and UK, GDPR) or 45 days (US residents, CCPA). Please note: analytics data is fully anonymized, so we may be unable to identify records relating specifically to you.
- EEA and UKYou have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA).
- BrazilAdditional rights under the LGPD; you may contact the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
- USA (California and others)We do not sell or share personal data with third parties as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and have not done so in the past 12 months.
11Children
The app is not intended for children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, email info@di-studio.io and we will delete it right away.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before they take effect. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this document.
